JOE SATRIANI Offers Reward For Stolen Guitar
August 26, 2002JOE SATRIANI has had one of his Chromeboys (chrome Ibanez guitars) stolen after the Clearwater, Florida show at Ruth Eckerd Hall on Wednesday, August 21st. Here is a message from Joe on the matter:
"My 'Pearly' Chrome Ibanez guitar was stolen last [Wednesday] during load out at the Ruth Eckerd Hall in Clearwater, FL. If anyone knows anything about this please let us know asap... Not much else to say... Joe."
A reward of $500 is being offered, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. All Joe is asking is to have the guitar brought to the venue and given to the hall or production manager. Joe had two prototypes made by Ibanez for the custom chrome guitar. Both "Pearly" and "Chrome Boy" have been played extensively on tour and record. Joe is obviously hopeful that the guitar will be recovered.
